Indranil Mutsuddi

Dr. Indranil Mutsuddi, Ph.D. in Management from Amity University, is Associate Professor in Human Resource Management, with over 22 years of academic experience. A specialist in HR and Organizational Behavior, he has authored 3 textbooks, published 65+ research papers (21 Scopus-indexed), contributed 26 book chapters, and presented 57 papers at national and international conferences. A Double Gold Medalist from AIMA-CME and recipient of the Prof. Narendra Mohan Basu Award from Presidency College, he frequently chairs technical sessions at leading management forums. Dr. Mutsuddi is a life member of NHRDN, the Indian Commerce Association, and the Presidency College Alumni Association. His key research interests include employee retention and job skills. Most recently, he served as editor of a management research volume published by Bentham Books. He is widely respected for his enduring contributions to teaching, research, and academic leadership.
