He is certified by the California State Bar as a specialist in both Taxation Law and in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law. Frank is a Professor at Lincoln Law School of San Jose and an instructor for Advanced Legal Training Institute, Lorman Education, and the National Business Institute (NBI). He is also an author of several books on sports and he enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
