Caroline is a writer and a healer, and her home is in rural Portugal.

She grew up in the Channel Islands, and on the South East coast of England, and she studied Drama at Bristol University.

At the age of 21 she looked for a spiritual path, as she wanted to understand the deeper meaning of life. She joined a spiritual community and remained there for 14 years. Her book ‘Windows on a Path to Grace’ was an attempt to put into words all that she had learned about the spiritual path.

She trained in social work and worked in various social care settings, using counseling, flower remedies and energy healing. Among her clients were victims of domestic violence and traumatized refugees from war zones.

Moving to Portugal in 2006, she continued her healing and counseling work and also developed a range of flower essences, Harmony Essences, which she uses with her clients. These natural remedies use the energy of certain flowers to heal states of emotional, mental or spiritual imbalance.

Through her healing practice she developed the gift of mediumship. When people come to see her with various issues and life problems she uses the help of healing guides and angels to assist them on their path.

Her new book ‘Evolving with Spirit’ is about her life, her spiritual path and her work with guides and angels. It shows how the gift of mediumship can be applied in several different contexts. It includes anecdotes from Caroline’s own experience as a medium, counsellor, healer, writer and singer/songwriter. These bring the material to life and help the reader to feel that they too can benefit from the presence of guides and angels in their life.
