I believe that each of us has a calling in this life. From a young age I have felt that mine is to encourage, teach and equip people, to change their lives for the better, to give supervisors and managers hope and faith that they can become the leaders they were called to be through world class cutting edge training programs.

I wake up each and every morning with a passion to have our team of instructors strengthen lives, enlighten minds and empower spirits with the desired result that companies will grow and prosper and employees will say, "we have great managers in this company and I am going to give 100% to support them and their vision".

I have worked and traveled in Asia Pacific for over 25 years, traveling to more than 10 countries every year. I’ve loved every minute of it and built strong relationships alongside a deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific cultures. I believe our similarities and our differences should be celebrated and we bring that to The Learning Factor services: turning cultural differences into strengths.

Developing a company that makes a difference is very important to me. I want to see The Learning Factor become the best training outsourcing company in the world. Not simply to be the largest - The Best. Then we have held true to our foundations to help organisations invest in their people.

The Learning Factor’s global team is 1,000 strong and made up of training specialists including managing consultants, project managers, facilitators, coaches, training administrators, instructional designers and eLearning technologists.
