Igor Panich

Igor Panich was born in Leningrad, USSR. At the age of thirteen he and his family emigrated to the West. He entered Ampleforth College in England and after finishing it, went on to study History at the University of London.

He then decided to follow his family tradition and become an actor. He travelled to the US to study with Lee Strasberg. -As an actor Igor worked with stars like Robin Williams , Jason Robards , Mikhail Baryshnikov, Edward Woodward and Ridley Scott among others.

As a producer he worked with the stars of the American Ballet Theatre and "The Road Home" - a four-hour documentary series for the Russian REN TV which he also co-wrote.

From 1991-1996 Igor worked between Germany and Russia. Following this experience Igor moved to France and concentrated on writing. His first novel "La Siberienne" was published by XO Editions, Paris.
