I have had very difficult times while living and growing up in Bermuda. In life we all have challenges, however, there are some experiences that have a history of their own. I decided to use writing factual poetry as a form of therapy, self expression, and sanity. I want also to give a closer look into how my life in Bermuda has appeared to be when only the superficial was accepted. The answers will only be found once you pierce the skin layers. These are my personal experiences that I wish to share with the world. I also want to give a voice to and hope for those who continue to suffer in silence, no matter where they may reside.
