Izolda Trakhtenberg

Born in Moldova in the former Soviet Union, Izolda and her family immigrated to the USA when she was seven. They settled in Michigan where she graduated from the University of Michigan with an English degree.

Izolda splits her time between being creative and teaching other people how to unlock their own creative genius. She's written seven books and leads one of the premier holiday caroling groups in the USA. She wants to help others innovate so they can change the world.

Izolda believes innovation isn’t just about the latest fad, it’s about communicating and collaborating creatively. This refreshing approach has made her a sought-after speaker, online educator, and coach for creatives and business leaders. Before running her own business, Izolda traveled the world for many years as a NASA Master Trainer transforming people’s perspectives on our precious natural resources. Nowadays you’ll find her speaking at conferences, looking for the next great ocean to swim in, and occasionally singing for hundreds of people — all while coaching, serving clients, and recording her hit podcast, The Innovative Mindset Podcast.
