Realizing that I was hearing from the dead after my husband passed was shocking enough without all the ensuing life changes that came with that realization. Now, as an author, intuitive medium, HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) life coach, and spirit-guided musician, I can only say that nothing could have challenged me to evolve as quickly and creatively.
For over 20 years, as owner of Harvard Girl Word Services (a writing, editing, book design, and self-publishing firm), I’d focused on the work of others. As I began to write from my own experience about life after life, my world shifted into high gear.
In Crossing the Rubicon, written with Randy after his passing, Randy informed me that the grieving process can act like a filter that blocks out spiritual messages asking to be heard. The Gateway Café, a Y/A novel of Visionary Fiction is a humorous journey of awakening about an inter-dimensionally traveling teenager swept up in the throes of despair, passion, anxiety—and the ever-present need to understand who she really is. My newest book, Elevating Your HSPness, is a toolbox for high sensitives struggling to live lives more productively and joyfully without sacrificing authenticity, ease, and comfort.
Currently, my multidimensional compass is set to a practice of intuitive coaching, music, and living life as a “Vacationing Angel.” You can visit me at heidiconnolly.com to learn more about my services, books, and spirit-guided healing music recordings.
