Mike Padawer is founder and president of INERTIA / Advisor Services Group, CAREfidence, author of the book, “What’s The Deal With Long-Term Care?” and co-author of “What You Don’t Know About Retirement Will Hurt You!”.

Mike has more than three decades of experience across the financial services spectrum, including roles in retail, wholesale, and sales management functions. Today, he focuses solely on providing customized Long-Term Care Planning strategies and solutions. Mike works diligently with both members of the advisory community and consumers to quantify the need for Long-Term Care and transfer the potentially catastrophic risk and burden of needing care away from the individual and their families.

Regardless of the audience, Mike believes that educating the client about “Healthcare In Retirement”, and understanding their unique circumstance, is paramount to implementing planning, which will stand the test of time.

Mike’s background also includes the successful implementation of training, coaching, and Continuing Education programs, which have helped hundreds of advisors meet the financial planning needs of their clients.

Mike resides in Clearwater, FL He enjoys live music, playing golf and ice hockey, and traveling.
