Sandra Román

Sandra Román is a researcher of Goddess traditions, writer, and spiritual teacher, dedicated for more than two decades to the study and transmission of ancient religious currents centered on the Goddess.

Trained as a Priestess of Avalon by Kathy Jones, she was initiated at Chalice Well in Glastonbury, one of the most renowned spiritual centers of the Avalon tradition.

After more than twenty years of research, comparative study of mythology, and ceremonial practice, Sandra developed the spiritual traditions of HispAnna and ChakAnna, focused on recovering and updating the ancient Goddesses venerated in Europe and the territories of Latin America, as well as the Goddess of the Southern Cross as a spiritual symbol of the Southern Hemisphere.

Her work integrates mythology, archetypal symbolism, ritual practice, and initiatory transmission. Based on this, she has created training programs for priestesses and priests of the Goddess, offered in South America, Mexico, and Spain, as well as online courses in English and Spanish.

In addition to her work as a researcher and spiritual teacher, Sandra is a ceremonialist, sacred singer, tarot reader, past-life therapist, and a Kundalini Yoga instructor certified by the Kundalini Research Institute.

Her books have been published by specialized spiritual publishers such as Editorial Kier, Mandala Ediciones, and Ediciones Mito. Among her works are Diosas & Chamanas, Los Rostros de la Diosa, Los Rituales de la Diosa, Diosas & Chamanas de la Cruz del Sur, Diosas de Sangre y de Sol, and De Avalon a la Cruz del Sur.

Her first books and her acclaimed Goddess oracle were recently compiled in an edition titled Diosas en tu Vida Cotidiana, published in English as Goddesses in Your Daily Life, which includes a deck of sixty cards dedicated to different Goddesses, their myths, and the psychological application of their archetypes.

She is also the author of La Bendición del Grial, a text dedicated to Moon Mothers and women who work with various forms of womb blessing and healing.

Inspired by her service as a Melissa at the Glastonbury Goddess Temple, she founded the first Argentine Temple of the Goddess in Capilla del Monte, a well-known spiritual center in South America. There, she organized the first Goddess Conference in Argentina, which brought together researchers and teachers of women’s spirituality from different countries.

Currently, she teaches training programs, lectures, and workshops dedicated to the study of Goddesses, feminine archetypes, and ancient spiritual traditions centered on the Goddess.
