Simon Rea

I am a Senior Lecturer in Sport and Fitness at the Open University as well as an examiner and an author. My own interest in sports science came, as is probably the case for most sport scientists, from my sporting performances. I ran for my club and country at events between 100-400 m. Since studying sports science at university I have worked in a variety of roles from being a lifeguard, personal trainer, teacher and performance coach.
