Liz Barrett Foster is an award-winning journalist who has been covering the food and beverage industry since 2007.

In 2014, Liz released her first book, Pizza: A Slice of American History, which covers the history of pizza styles in America.

In 2018, Liz opened her notebook of children's book ideas, teamed up with her sister on illustrations, and introduced the world to The Peanut Butter Bandit.
