Davide Crimi

DAVIDE C. CRIMI was born in 1965 in Catania, under the volcano Etna. He studied politics, economics, anthropology and religion. Engaged in development policies at the local level, serving as project manager of several European projects (Eurocult21, Eurexcter, Interreg, Medpact, Urbact, and many others), he has specific skills for building partnerships and sharing information and documents, both at the strategic and managerial level. He worked also on research on the spiritual side of art, exploring this path writing books, composing paintings and songs and as, organizer of several magazines and publications (EUR / OPEN, Encelado, etc..). Among these, Fondazione M is a library that collects mystical and human sciences books as sources in the original languages (Hebrew, Greek, Latin, Arabic) and into major European languages ​​(English, French, Italian). This centre houses a section of fine arts and experimental workshop called Atelier Thelema, whose aim is to revisit the common elements of rock music and cinema, considering its contribute to the modernization of society, including beatnik literature and the more advanced forms of modern art. Papers on Art as relational patterns and its modern meaning as society's transformation instrument were expressed in several conferences around universities and cultural institutions around Europe, including Integrated Relational Tourism (Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt, 2009), European Consortium for Political Research (Háskólatorg University, Reikjavik, Iceland, 2010).
