I wanted to be an author since I was 8 years old. I wrote my first book, "Carrie, Marie and Tacy," at age 10, a children's story about a family with 26 children, all twins or triplets. I wrote my second book, "The Way You See It," at age 13, from 2nd person perspective. My third book, "My Mexican Summer" later became "What Really Happened in Mexico," a non-fiction story about two American 17-year-old girls and their adventures in Chihuahua, Mexico in 1975.

When I was in college, a professor told me I would never finish a novel, and I foolishly believed her. I didn't write (books) again until I was in my 40s, and have written one novel per year to prove she was wrong. By 2019, I have written 13 novels and 6 non-fiction books.

Several of my books could be on the World's Worst-Sellers list, since only my dad has purchased a copy of them. I continue to write because I love to write. The words, the stories, the dreams are inside me and I love to let them flow onto paper (or into the computer).

My newest adventure has been to create apps for phones. Some of my Sticker Packs for iMessage are now in the App Store!

I currently live in Washington State with my husband and our youngest son.
