Jennifer has been painting since the day her father bought her a painter's box at a very young age. She went on to become a designer and illustrator and enjoyed her design firm in Philadelphia for many years. But, after her 3rd child, she had fallen in love with the all picture books she was reading and started making up stories and pictures of her own. Just One More, was her first picture book which went on to become a selection for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library three years in a row, an imprint for Scholastic Book Club, and translated into several languages. Meet Ruby's best friend Abby, in her latest book, Just For Me. A perfect story for little ones who need a gentle reminder about sharing and that everything is not just for them. Jennifer was lucky enough to illustrate the hilarious tale, How to Trick the Tooth Fairy, Author-Erin Russell, co-author of the Dork Diaries. This story of trickery and friendship has garnered many fans of Kaylee and the ToothFairy! Her picture book, Claudia & Moth, is closest to her heart as it follows a young girl finding light through art with a painter's box her father buys for her. Today Jennifer writes, illustrates and paints, exhibiting her work in several galleries along the northern east coast.
