Idemudia Guobadia

Idemudia Guobadia is a pastor, Christian author, Bible teacher, and minister with a particular emphasis on spiritual growth, prayer, divine healing, deliverance, and equipping believers to live victorious lives in Christ.

Called into pastoral ministry in 2006, he has devoted the past two decades to preaching and teaching the Word of God and helping believers develop a deeper relationship with Christ. His ministry has taken him into churches, conferences, television, radio, and increasingly into digital ministry, where his teachings reach audiences beyond the walls of the local church.

He is the founder and leader of Overcomers in Christ, through which he has ministered in the New York and New Jersey area. His teaching ministry emphasizes the authority of the believer in Christ, spiritual warfare, deliverance, faith, Christian character, relationships, and the practical application of biblical truth.

He is also the voice behind Warfare Mindset, a teaching platform dedicated to helping Christians develop the spiritual understanding, discipline, and biblical mindset necessary to overcome adversity and advance in their God-given purpose.

Idemudia Guobadia is the author of eight books, including Deeper Dimensions of Power, Fighting for Deliverance, 100-Day Plan Towards Real Deliverance, Bringing the Church Back to Christ, Overcoming Crisis, A Deeper Walk, Working for Christ, and I Never Stopped Believing.

Before entering full-time ministry, Guobadia had an extensive academic and professional background. Born in Lagos, Nigeria, he pursued postgraduate studies in Commercial and Corporate Law at King's College London, University of London, later taught commercial law at Nigerian universities, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997. Having lived on several continents, he brings a broad international perspective to his writing and ministry.

At the heart of his work is a simple conviction: the Gospel of Jesus Christ not only saves but transforms, equips, heals, restores, and empowers believers to overcome.
