I have spent the majority of my life living in Europe, in particular Tuscany (Italy). I received my Masters in Geneva Switzerland and culinary training in Paris France, but my passion for food turned into a way of life in Italy...

I have owned an art school in Florence Italy, gave culinary tours and instructed the culinary arts. I currently live between Pennsylvania (USA) and a little village in Tuscany.

I am working on book 3 and 4 at the moment, I teach at a local university and work as a personal chef and catering.

Alot of my free time is spent promoting initiatives by the American Heart Association which I feel very strongly about.
