Howell Woltz

Howell Woltz is a journalist and veteran author of eight books, including best-seller, "Justice Restored: 10 steps to end mass incarceration in America" (ranked #1 on Kindle and Amazon, and presently being used by the Trump Administration Committee on Judicial Reform). His latest book, "The Lawyers Guild" is his first novel describing a showdown between Globalists and those who love their own nations--a mix of historical fiction and fact.

Woltz has been a leading spokesman and whistleblower on the subject of declining freedom in America since 1977, and more recently, on that nation's need to return to its constitution. As Woltz clearly outlines in his latest non-fiction works, the United States has plummeted from #1 in freedom three decades ago, to #43 today behind nations we once fought and labeled as "tyrants". With just 5% of the world's population, the United States now holds 25% of its prisoners--a world record.

In 2006, after speaking out on these issues, Woltz was kidnapped by U.S. Government agents. Though never tried or convicted by any court of jurisdiction of any crime, he was held for 7 years by the U.S. Government, being moved 29 times between various jails and prisons all over the nation, before being released in 2012. Woltz's frightening story reads like a thriller, as revealed in his previous book and film ( "Justice Denied: the United States v. the People"(2014) and (2015) documentary "Justice Denied" available at www.justicedenied.com).

After giving a TEDx talk in 2014 on these experiences and being the subject of the award-winning documentary "Justice Denied", Woltz was again threatened and harassed by U.S. Government agents and officials in efforts to silence him. Life as a whistleblower in America under President Obama proved as unsafe for Woltz. He sold or gave away everything he owned, and fled the United States in August of 2015 after threats of prosecution and acts of violence by government agents were extended to members of his family.

Woltz now lives peacefully, writing and speaking in the former Soviet bloc nation of Poland, where he resides with his wife, Dr. Magdalena Iwaniec-Woltz.

Woltz was born in Mt. Airy North Carolina, graduated from the University of Virginia in 1975, attending graduate school at Wake Forest University's Executive MBA Program in the United States and Caledonian University in Glasgow, Scotland.
