David Stockin

Mr. Stockin is the author of numerous prestigious publications regarding electrical grounding and earthing and has been a full-time Grounding Engineer for over 10 years. He is additionally published as a Chapter Author is the "Standard Handbook of Electrical Engineers" in both the 15th and 16th Editions, also as a contributing author in the "Handbook of Electric Power Calculations" in both the 3rd and 4th Editions.

Mr. Stockin has been the lead electrical grounding/earthing engineer for data Centers located from America to Asia and Europe. He was the lead grounding engineer for both the US Navy's Data Center upgrades and the US Coast Guards Alaska Radio Towers upgrades. He has conducted studies for the US Army Corp of Engineers that involved human-safety, fault analysis, and upgrades for complete utility systems comprised of eight (8) high-voltage substations powering national security facilities. Additionally, he has conducted grounding studies and work plans for several LNG facilities, numerous chemical factories, and literally thousands of cellular communications sites. He has given lectures to the IEEE, several telecommunications companies, and held numerous multi-day training seminars providing certification and training to hundreds of engineers and technicians. Mr. Stockin is certainly one of the most experienced grounding/earthing engineers in the world.
