Rebecca Velez

Rebecca Velez majored in public relations journalism, but taught first grade before settling down to motherhood. She used nap times to author her first book, Such a Time as This, the story of Queen Esther. In her next novel, Such Deliverance as This, Esther's namesake Hadassah returns to Judah with her father Ezra. Such Redemption as This continues the story of Hadassah, her friends and their children in Nehemiah's time. When she's not caring for her family or writing, Becky enjoys reading, walking and gardening.
