Grant Polachek

Grant Polachek was born in the Chicago Suburbs in 1985. For over ten years Grant managed martial arts schools for National Karate School (the largest martial arts organization in the mid-west). During this time he earned his 3rd degree black belt, competed on one of the most respected martial arts teams in the country, was featured in a Discovery Channel Documentary, and helped hundreds of students reach the prestigious rank of black belt.

In 2009, he graduated from Roosevelt University with a degree in mathematics. Soon after, he became a founding member of a small marketing firm, and in late 2013 he opened his own boutique firm, Funnel Marketing Group.

Grant's first book, The Comedy of a Simple Soul, was mostly written while undergoing chemotherapy, and was edited and published after he beat this cancer. His third book, 7 New Marketing Rules, became an Amazon Best Seller.

Grant is married to Megan Ann Polachek, and in 2014 she bore their first son, Henry David Polachek.

Grant currently lives in the Chicago Suburbs with Megan, Henry, and their dog Moose.
