In 2005 Roni started a blog to help her stay accountable while trying to lose weight. It worked! And her blog, Roni’s Weigh, not only helped her shed 70 pounds, but start a running habit, get over a fear of weight training, complete her first (she's working on a second) marathon and run seven Tough Mudders, yes, seven.

Roni recently published a children's book, is planning the next FitBloggin' conference, stays as active as possible and travels whenever she can. In 2013, she launched the challenge and hashtag #wycwyc -- "What You Can When You Can" -- to inspire people to do what they can when they can while working toward their goals. #wycwyc is now being turned into an inspirational self-help book!

Roni is doing one of three things at this very moment: blogging, cooking or traveling.
