Jackie Foskett, Author of The Stress Relief Toolbox: For Women Who Take Care of Everyone But Themselves is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Hypnotic Coach, Stress Relief Specialist, HypnoBirthing®, the Mongan Method Practitioner, and former Registered Dental Hygienist.

During Jackie's dental hygiene career, she authored several professional dental hygiene articles and is a contributor to a couple of dental hygiene text book. Her chapters focus on dental fear management.

Jackie founded Healing Hypnotherapy, in 1999 to help people change their behaviors and thinking processes in areas that were no longer working for them. She likens herself to a Sherpa. She guides her clients along the terrain of their conscious and subconscious minds so they can get to where they want to go!

She makes it easy. With her very attentive ear, her skills and her passion for being a partner on her clients' journey, change happens!

As a Stress Relief Specialist, Jackie knows: stress happens. She understands the importance in getting relief from stress as quickly as possible, which prompted her to write her book: The Stress Relief Toolbox: For Women Who Take Care of Everyone But Themselves.

Along with quick stress relief tools, Jackie advocates for long term changes through self care. In order to have more calm, ease and success in life, self care, and the right mindset, provide the foundation for achieving a mindful and joyful life.

As a curious teenager, Jackie Foskett, always wanted to know what made people "tick". Questions such as: what has people think the way they do and why do people do the things they do, occupied her mind because people and their behaviors completely fascinated her and she yearned to know more. This passion for understanding people's nature and motivations has guided her in her career choices as a dental hygienist since 1978 to getting certified as a hypnotherapist in 1999.

Jackie is married to Blaine Kinnebrew since 1994. They live in the State of Washington and both enjoy hiking and traveling. Blaine continues to be her rock of inspiration for health and well being.

Jackie lived and worked in Switzerland as a dental hygienist from 1984-1988. She used to speak German quite well, although it's quite rusty now, but loves everything Swiss and Europe in general.
