Erika Krebs is the Creator of Fresh Start Families, a family lifestyle brand. She is featured as "Ask Erika" where she offers tips, tricks and hacks for everyday family life, starting in the kitchen. Erika is also the author of the Best-Selling "Fresh Start: Farm-to-Table, Plant-Based Recipes" which is the first vegan cookbook to top the "Baby Food" general category rather than just "Vegan Food", pushing the mainstream envelope for the plant-based community. Her newest journey is a children's book series, "The Adventures of Zozy and Baz...and Sissy Too" and "The Tugboat Who Came to Dance."

When not writing, Erika and her husband, Michael, are raising their inspirations and mini taste testers. Erika loves hugs and has been known to hug strangers and trees. She openly admits to loving ugly dogs and is happy that her husband doesn't believe that the same goes for him.
