Kathy Smart

Kathy Smart started her writing career in 1983. Since then she has written articles and short stories for many different publications. Her main writing interests are in the areas of health, wellness and self development. She published her first Aber Health Guide in 2013.

Her hobbies are gardening and painting and she lives with her husband on the edge of a small town in north Wales.
