Michael A. Celender

Michael Celender was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. His academic background consists of accounting and financial management as well as marketing studies. He majored in accounting and financial management at the University of Johannesburg, completing his degree with top grades. During his own studies and while teaching others at various higher institutions, he saw first-hand how poorly taught the subject of accounting is. After training in Study Technology ©, a new and innovative educational system, he learned how to write books with student comprehension as the primary outcome. His "Accounting Basics" series of books are used by students and educators across the US and the world.

Mr. Celender additionally has years of experience managing non-profits, marketing and copy writing, not to mention a love of writing fiction and non-fiction screenplays.
