I love the written word. It can make us laugh, bring us to tears, and also inspire. As a survivor of a dysfunctional family unit poisoned by a toxic and narcissistic mother/son relationship it is my hope that I can help other victims out of the depths of helplessness and become a survivor.

I believe in the strength and the power of the human spirit to endure, to overcome and be empowered. In doing this, we become empowered and self actualized as individuals. You don't have to be a victim of domestic abuse and violence to feel the strength of that spirit and soul. We all have it and we can all inspire others to be their very best.

Vulnerable families and children are of special interest to me and I believe it is all of our duty to take an active interest in the well being of those around us. Especially children.
