Although she studied fiscal and customs sciences, she is passionate about literature, especially romantic literature.

She has always liked to give free rein to her imagination, so in May 2013 she ventured to create her first story DULCES MENTIRAS AMARGAS VERDADES, a work that gave her the opportunity to venture as a professional writer.

DULCES MENTIRAS AMARGAS VERDADES, is a contemporary romance saga, which has surprisingly caught the attention of hundreds of thousands of people who consider it a realistic and passionate work, catapulting Lily Perozo to be one of the best sellers of the romantic genre in Spanish.

The second installment of the saga, Dulces mentiras, amargas verdades: Revelations. In its week of release, it occupied the first places in sales, sharing the podium with the winner of the Nobel Prize for literature: Alice Munro, and also surpassed Mario Vargas Llosa in sales, according to Pedro Huerta, executive director of Amazon Mexico in his press conference entitled "Violent transformation".

The third installment of the saga in its week of release, was Best Seller in: Amazon United States, Mexico, Italy, Spain.

The saga has been translated into English, Portuguese and Italian.

In addition, she has many more titles published among which stand out: the trilogy Mariposa Capoeirista, La Bestia, Corazón Indómito, Juegos de Poder, the series Quédate, Ley de Talión... Among others.
