Richard N. Funk

Richard N. Funk grew up in Austin, Texas and received his Ph.D from the University of Texas. He was a high school and college band director for 26 years. After retirement, he worked for the State Comptrollers office and then as Senior Policy Analyst under Governor's Bush and Perry. He currently lives in the Texas Hill Country with his wife, Judy.
