In October, 2014, I resigned from Good-guys Gazette and my "Bangin' the Gears" column that I'd been writing since 2004. It was a great 10 year run and over those years I've met a lot of great people because of that column. To this day, I still go to quite a few GoodGuy's events across the country and still meet people that used to read me.

My latest book is entitled "Broke Down, a million miles from home. Now what?" Stories about four decades of rod running in various cars I've built, sight-seeing and fixing a car on the side of the road. Co-Authored by my traveling companion (and brother), the stories are humorous, dangerous and sometimes unbelievable, but true! If you do a lot of highway driving, you'll understand. If not, you'll learn car trouble can dealt with if you keep panic out of your mind!

My fiction book, "Arsenal Code R.E.D." is about "Blue," a 15 year-old computer genius that's suspected by the FBI's Domestic Terrorism Unit of bringing down a Red-eye commercial flight, which crashes into the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. The Arsenal is the storage facility of deadly Sarin Nerve Gas. If the plane hit one of the storage bunkers, it could cause the end of life in Denver.

To pay for my play, I currently design and illustrate rod run T-shirts for many clubs/associations in a eight state area around ColoRODo. Each design (up to 8 colors) is done the old fashioned way - pen and ink...no computers used.

In addition to writing and artwork, I've been driving my 1955 Cadillac Coupe DeVille 2 door hardtop all over the U.S. for the last several years. In the meantime, I've built a 1960 Chevy 2 door station wagon, a 1952 Willys gasser and just finished a complete build on a 1963 Chevy Impala - an 8 month rebuild. I'm now focused on building a 1948 Cadillac Sedanet and that is going well, I hope to have it on the streets by Summer of 2018...so wish me luck...!!!
