"Between August 2, 2016 and November 2, 2016, I prepared 90% of the recipes 1, 2, and some of them more times to compile my New cookbook, Planned Over Recipes - 1, 2, or More Servings.

Why? Because that's what I have been doing since 2012 when I retied from classroom teaching.

These recent months, I notated the measurements of the ingredients, wrote the steps for preparation and took photos for this cookbook.

So what is the difference between Left-Overs and Planned Overs?

Planned Overs are foods that are taken from the original cooking appliance: a kettle, baking dish, Slow Cooker, etc. - then cooled and stored without being served." Jean Marie Miscisin

A = Author -- Yes, she is still preparing books to publish on WWW.CreateSpace.com. Typing manuscripts has become more challenging since she is now living with two "Physically Limiting Conditions" that slow down her progress.

A = Artist -- Yes, she is still playing with watercolor painting, creating more "Happy Accidents" -- the ones that are not so happy -- she washes off the paper and starts over. Yes, a good grade of watercolor paper can be washed off and reused.

R = Researcher -- Jean Marie is currently researching the many ways that the Catholic Church has contributed to the rise of Western Civilization.

T = Teacher -- Jean Marie is continuing to teach through her writings and paintings.

I = Illustrator -- Jean Marie is sorting photos, and developing her watercolor painting skills for illustrating her future books.

S = Student -- Jean Marie has designed a course of study for herself on the Encyclicals of Pope John Paul II, and for the Celebration of the 100 Year Anniversary of the Miracle of the Sun in Fatima, 2017.

T = Thinker -- THANKFUL thoughts fill every day for Jean Marie especially for the blessings of ALL members of her large extended family. Jean Marie is the wife of Ronald Miscisin, the Mother of ten awesome adult Children, Grandmother of seventeen precious Grandchildren, and her First beautiful Great-Granddaughter.

Jean Marie prays for all people, and especially the people of Catholic Polish Heritage, relatives, neighbors, and friends from all over the world who wrapped her in their love and contributed to her World View.
