Shannon Cook

Shannon Cook is a knitting and sewing pattern designer, author and publisher, and the writer behind the popular blog VERYSHANNON.COM. She is happily living a handmade life near the ocean on Vancouver Island with her husband and two daughters.

Shannon designs patterns for the modern knitter. With their engaging textures, vibrant colors and striking lines, her fun, dynamic garments and accessories are destined to become wardrobe staples.

Shannon is the co-author and co-publisher of Within (Marian Rae Publications, 2016), Seasonless (Marian Rae Publications, 2014) and Journey (Marian Rae Publications, 2013), and co-publisher of Island (Marian Rae Publications, 2012). Her work has also appeared in 3 Skeins or Less - Modern Baby Knits (Interweave, 2016) and Fat Quarters: Small Fabrics, More than 50 Big Ideas (Lark Crafts, 2015).
