Kenneth Casey

Kenneth F. Casey MD FACS is past President of the Medical Advisory Board of the Facial Pain Association,formerly the Trigeminal Neuralgia Association.He is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Together with George Weigel, they co-authored this handbook for all three editions. Dr. Casey looks forward to keeping people informed about the various forms of facial pain.Patient input ,as to their problems,observations,and tricks has been a constant source of inspiration.

George Weigel is a retired newspaperman, who suffered from trigeminal neuralgia. Based on his experience in finding information and care, he conceived the need for a compendium of information. He continues to work for people who suffer from facial pain.He has a wealth of experience with both the medical, surgical, and related treatments for this problem.
