Antonio Farjani

A.C. FARJANI is a psychologist and psychoanalyst, with a Master’s degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil. For over three decades, he has worked at the intersection of depth psychology, Comparative Mythology, and symbolic cosmology.

Farjani approaches myths not as metaphors or moral tales, but as precise symbolic systems rooted in ritual, astronomy, and ancient cycles of time. His work challenges modern readings that separate myth from the sky, the body, and the cosmic order that originally shaped religious narratives.

In 2012, with The Mystery of the Sleeping Goddess, he introduced astroteological research to Brazil through an astronomical interpretation of the Gospel account of the resurrection of Jairus’s daughter. Since then, his books have focused on reconstructing mythic structures that were fragmented or concealed during later patriarchal adaptations — especially the central role of the feminine principle as the true organizer of myth, death, and renewal.

Reading Farjani is not an exercise in belief, but in perception: once seen, these structures cannot be unseen.
