Matthieu Santerre

Matthieu Santerre is the Senior Researcher at JulyCrisis1914. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He holds an MSc in the History of International Relations from LSE and a BA in Political Science and Economics from McGill University.
