Nancy M. Kreml

Nancy Kreml was born in South Carolina and has lived there for most of her life, receiving degrees from the “real USC.” She taught for many years at Midlands Tech in Columbia, SC, and now leads groups in prisons in that state, focusing on meditation and on literature. She has been a winner of the South Carolina Fiction Project and has published poetry and a college text book. The Dying Tide is her first published novel, but won’t be the last. When she’s not writing, she can be found kayaking on the tidal creeks or visiting her granddaughter in California.
