Josep will publish a new book about quantum strategy and business transformation in september. He publishes his last book in 2015: "Visión Cliente, Crecer y ganar más CON los clientes". Before he wrote five other books: "Cómo obtener clientes leales y rentables. Marketing Relacional" was the first relationship-marketing book in Spanish and "Marketing Directo e Interactivo. Campañas efectivas con sus clientes" a reference manual in this field.

Josep founded Marketingcom, a company that supports clients by providing a specific approach of Customer Vision (Visión Cliente® ) to get the maximum value from and for them, obtaining insight, creating new offers and developing the best programs in acquisition, retention and growing relationships. Translates the customers' needs and desires in innovative programs to establish lasting and profitable relationships.

He supported the development of direct and relationship marketing in Spain and was President of the AGEMDI (Spanish Association of Direct Marketing and Interactive Agencies). He was also a cofounder and is Professor of the Electronic Commerce and Direct Marketing Institute (ICEMD) that now becomes to ESIC.

He has managed consulting projects for well-known companies as Wolters Kluwer, Vodafone, BBVA, Endesa, Almirall, Repsol, Renault, Nissan, IBM, Imaginarium, Rumbo, Cortefiel, Mediapro and IKEA.

He has published many articles in almost all the important magazines in Spain and he was Director of the magazine MK Marketing + Ventas.

He is an accomplished speaker, delivering conference keynotes and inspirational workshops. He collaborates in different business schools in the marketing & sales field.
