Georg E. Weidner

Georg E. Weidner is the founder and owner of the consulting firm WEIDNER EBM, headquartered in Munich.

As an expert in quality and process management as well as energy and resource efficiency, he and his team of experts advise and support companies, educational institutions and private investors in improving quality, efficiency and effectiveness within their organisations and in implementing energy optimisation projects.

In 2003, he was appointed as a lecturer in process-oriented quality management at Kempten University of Applied Sciences. Since 2017, he has also taught at academic and practice-oriented educational institutions.

Georg E. Weidner previously served as Vice President for Quality and Organisational Development at Vestas Wind Systems AG and held responsibility for quality management at E.ON Energie AG.

During various international assignments in Asia, the United States and Europe, the author developed concepts, tools and methods for the practical implementation of continuous improvement in a wide range of specific fields of interest and application.
