Tony Beck

Tony Beck grew up in London in the 1960s and 70s during the height of Bob Dylan's creativity. He went on to receive a BA and MA in English Literature from the University of Cambridge, and a PhD from the University of London. Based on his experience working in international development, mainly for the United Nations, he published two books and many articles. "Understanding Bob Dylan" is an exciting new venture based on the Notebooks in Dylan's archive and a lifetime of interest in music and poetry.
