Jeanette Duby

Jeanette has a passion for helping people who are hurting and struggling to find their purpose in life whether through teaching, writing, blogging, or volunteering in her local church. Some of her favorite hobbies are playing hide-n-seek with her dog, woodworking, and helping with home renovations and repairs for those who are not able to. She loves to work with tools and help the elderly with various chores around their homes.

She is currently raising her grandnephew who has severe autism. She is dedicated to making sure he gets every opportunity to become the best he can be. She also likes to help other parents on a similar journey with what she has learned so far.

She is seeking to follow the Lord's leading because she has figured out after many years of trying things her way, the Lord's way is much better. Many things have happened to her where there is simply no other explanation but God. She finds her hope and peace in Him.

Jeanette learned over the years that reading the Bible and spending quality time with God brings great joy and peace. Some of that quality time comes when she is cutting wood or staining a new piece of furniture she has created.
