El Cid

I was born in New York City, but grew up in the heart of Newark, NJ. My formal

education includes a B.S. Degree in Music Education and I have completed

advanced study in the fields of education, guidance and counseling. Driven to

write about the need for Biblical faith based on situations I witnessed both in the

military and living in challenging situations in the inner city, I have penned short

stories and finally completed novels. I have two published novels - "The Big Lie"

and "Darkness Is Not Eternal" under my pen name El Cid - both available on

Amazon and Barnes & Noble. My novels strive to serve those seeking scriptural

knowledge, but won't read the Bible. My objective is to engage the reader in an

exciting adventure holding his attention while he is being sermonized.
