Simon Kim

Simon Kim (Yeon-Soo, Kim) is the CEO of Hanyang International Patent & Law, one of the largest patent law firms in South Korea. He also is a highly acclaimed spiritual teacher, author, and lecturer. He is the founding director of “Born-Again Institute,” a personal and spiritual growth center in Seoul, Korea. Decades of inner search including many years spent as a Buddhist monk led him to experience the “ultimate reality” in which he tasted a realm higher than the highest level of human consciousness—Void versus Non-Void. Since then, he has devoted himself to helping people overcome the limitations imposed by social, religious, and spiritual traditions, and finding one’s true identity. His teachings are closest to Ramana Maharshi’s “the pure non-dual essence,” and the original teachings of Buddha and Jesus. He believes that the divinity within each individual must be discovered, experienced, and lived fully to experience a total freedom and infinite joy. Frequently featured in the mass media, he has authored eight books on spirituality, including Enlightenment for Dummies, Let Go of Awakening, Live to the Fullest, and Find God Everywhere (all published in Korean).
