A funny thing happened to me on my way out of the studio…..I decided to grow up and get a real job! However no one would give me a real job or even a chance. A gentleman by the name of Bill Owens decided to give a chance and the rest has become my history.
Over the last 38 years I have become the CEO and Founder of The HR Office, a firm specializing in Leadership, Business and HR Guidance. I enjoy working with clients in a variety of industries and I take pride in the relationships I have built with my clients. I am a former Chairman for the Raymore Parks and Recreation Department and I reside in Raymore, Missouri with my wife Michelle.
I am a DDI Certified Facilitator, and I have spoken extensively throughout the United States and I am a Continuing Education Adjunct Instructor with Johnson County Community College located in Overland Park, Kansas.
However, there is another side. In addition to being a published author, I am an accomplished musician and my credits include Sonny & Cher, The Righteous Brothers and Darlene Love. My early musical adventures are documented in the 1996 book titled, “Surfin’ Guitars, Instrumental Bands of the Sixties” by Robert J. Dalley and published by Popular Culture Inc.
In addition, I have been a poster child for a national advertising campaign, I’ve had my picture on a Burger King Tray Liner, I’ve worked in a movie that won 10 Academy Awards and I get to work with nice people like you. Who could ask for anything more?
Without a doubt I have a diversity of professional and practical experience to draw from in order to share and entertain while still getting the message home to my clients and my audience.
