Marco Staake

Prof. Dr Marco Staake (born 1978) holds the Chair of Civil Law and Corporate Law at the University of Wuppertal. His research focuses on the law of legal obligations, corporate and business law (especially the law of family businesses) as well as legal theory and legal philosophy. He is editor of RFamU.
