Erin Ollila (née Corriveau) believes in the power of words and how a message can inform – and even transform – its intended audience.

Erin is a geek for SEO, CX, the MLB and apparently abbreviations in general. She graduated from Fairfield University with an M.F.A. in Creative Writing and a focus in creative nonfiction.
