Carmen Medina was a heretic at CIA. She believes ALL organizations would benefit from listening more to the ideas of their employees--the heretics, mavericks and rebels at work who care enough about their organization to speak up even when the safer path is to keep quiet. She is the co-author of the new book, Rebels at Work: A Handbook for Leading Change from Within. It's a book intended to help the 90% of workers who are not managers.
This is Carmen's first book but she has written several articles and contributes to her own blog, RecoveringFed, and to the Rebels at Work blog. She is also active on Twitter--@milouness.
Carmen is Puerto Rican, was an army brat, and spends a lot of time in Texas.
