Mary Lee Tiernan

I was born and raised in New York State. After graduating from NY State University, New Paltz, I headed to California where I received my Masters degree in literature from Cal State LA. During my professional career, I moved from being a teacher to a librarian to a journalist and an editor, but I enjoy being an author the most.

Over the years, I have traveled through the United States, Europe, and Asia. I now reside in Arizona and love the wide-open spaces the West offers.

History and mystery/suspense/thriller genres have always topped my list of favored reading, so it is not surprising that most of my books fall into those categories.
