Timothy K. Kuhner

Timothy K. Kuhner (1976-) is a writer, law professor, and a graduate of Bowdoin College and Duke Law School. A former Fulbright Senior Scholar, Watson Fellow, and law clerk, Tim is an associate professor at the University of Auckland Faculty of Law. The author of Tyranny of Greed (Stanford University Press, 2020), Capitalism v. Democracy (Stanford University Press, 2014), and co-editor of Democracy by the People (Cambridge University Press, 2018), Tim has written extensively about money in politics and corruption. He is especially known for his work on plutocracy, kleptocracy, neoliberal jurisprudence, and constitutional interpretation.
