Laura Fuentes is the founder of MOMables.com where she transforms mealtimes by helping parents eliminate processed foods and added sugars from their family’s diet. She does that with organized meal plans, her Family KickStart Program, recipe videos on her YouTube Channel and personal website, LauraFuentes.com.

Her community of more than 100k subscribed families come to Laura for helpful content and practical advice on how to feed their family fresh food in the midst of their busy family life.

Laura is the author of 5 cookbooks, has competed (and won!) on Food Network, has appeared on Today, Good Morning America, and many other media outlets.

Her most important job, however, is being a wife and mother to 3 kids. Her husband now works for her media company and together they live outside of New Orleans. Their favorite thing to do is jump on a plane and explore new places -especially Spain, where Laura was born and raised.
