Greg Prosmushkin

Greg Prosmushkin was born in Moscow in 1968 and immigrated to the United States at the age of 11. He grew up in Philadelphia, earned degrees from Drexel University and Temple University School of Law, and spent a decade practicing law—securing millions in settlements for clients. Fueled by curiosity and a drive for innovation, he went on to build and exit multiple ventures across industries, including adult daycares, veterinary hospitals, and a premium tequila brand—culminating in several seven-figure exits and one eight-figure success.

Greg’s current work, The Difference That Makes the Difference, reflects a synthesis of everything he’s learned from business, law, psychology, and human behavior. It’s a nonfiction exploration of how subtle internal distinctions—rooted in NLP, cognitive frameworks, and lived experience—can catalyze massive external change. The book is designed for entrepreneurs, leaders, and lifelong learners ready to shift not just their results, but the very way they think.

Fun fact: Greg’s debut novel, Tequila Assassin: Malinalli Way, draws creative inspiration from the brand identity of his actual tequila company. “Malinalli” references the Aztec spirit of transformation and language—two themes that echo powerfully in both his storytelling and personal philosophy.

Whether through business, writing, or mentorship, Greg is guided by a single, resonant principle:

"The smallest shift in perspective can unlock the greatest leap in potential."
